Live Events
Aeton presents keynotes using a Dell laptop and prefers to use his own laptop for his presentations. The images will be shown at a resolution of (16:9) 1920x1080 unless agreed otherwise ahead of time. As Aeton does not use a podium during his presentations, please arrange for all podiums to be moved off-stage or to either side of the stage. He brings:- A Dell laptop
- Laptop power cable
- VGA and HDMI connectors
- Wireless presentation clicker
Virtual Events
Aeton is equipped with streaming software, lighting, quality audio, quiet room, and high-speed internet connection to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for your teams, clients, and audiences.
He has presented virtually over a wide range of virtual platforms including Cisco WebEx, GoToWebinar, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and more. He needs:
- A wireless, lavaliere (preferred) or lapel microphone
- Power supply to power his laptop
- A projector (VGA or HDMI input)
- A speaker system with a mini plug for audio output from the laptop
- A confidence monitor
Introduction Music
As organizations may arrange for preferred speaker introduction music, media and other stakeholders are welcome to utilise the following playlist or any of their own music otherwise.
